The Agricultural Development Project (ADP) is part of the European Union’s (EU) technical assistance projects designated for Lebanon for the period 2004-2006. The financing agreement related to the implementation of ADP was signed by the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA), representing the Lebanese government, and the European Union on March 2006. As a pilot project conceived based on MoA’s strategic vision regarding the development of the agricultural sector in Lebanon, ADP results will be central in the elaboration of future agricultural policies.
